While talking smack!

One of my favorite things...my sons! Disclaimer: my heart always skips a beat for my daughter, but its their turn to star in the Marquis! This is a visual of my guys in action one ordinary evening talking smack in my kitchen! You just gotta love-em.

Still a work in progress; that's me.

I have arrived at, [what's left, is right], just in time to catch a mood; an upbeat location that opens the door to celebration. No doubt, catching a cold is easy, but how hard can a mood be?

The challenge is to fill one drawer in the mind pantry with smiles, songs, soothing aromas, pastels, pure gratitude and all things positive.

And, exercise, of course...

Boom, boom, pow! The same way biceps happen by flexing and curling, this place is dedicated to the thermodynamic acceleration of hopefulness by reaching for the happy moments.

Promise to the day: summon a lighter attitude in the face of an oncoming freight train or the like...one day at a time.

Going to test this theory: the reason you start on a journey, is rarely the same reason when you end.
